Sample Policy

Why is there a fee for our samples?

We want to ensure that our customers are invested in our products so we can accurately gauge their interest and satisfaction. That is why we offer the customer credit that is double the value of the sample toward their first order. This order must be at least $100 (before tax) to receive the double credit.

For orders over $100, you can request up to 2 samples that we will send you for free. Just send us a separate email with the details. Value of samples limited to maximum of $10 per $100.00 of order (before tax), orders under $100 are not eligible to receive sampling credit..
