A: We currently do not offer pre-orders. However, if you click on the item you can put your email address and sign up to be automatically notified when the item is back in stock.

Q: Can I pick up at the warehouse?
A: Yes there is that option at check out time. We will notify you when ready. We are open 8:00 to 3:30 Monday to Thursday and to 2:30 on Fridays (all times EST). Choose the curbside pickup option from the list of shipping options.
Q: The Items I want are out of stock?
A: We sell out of certain products from time to time, but they are usually back in stock within 30 days. You can enter your email address into the notify box to automatically be notified when the item is back in stock.

A: Typically it takes 1-3 working days.During busy times (and pandemics) processing can take up to 10 working days until ready to ship.
