If you wish to pick up your online order from our warehouse, please call ahead to confirm that your order is ready to go. Local customers, or customers who are coming to our area may pick up their orders from our warehouse. No shipping charge is incurred at the time of order placement if you select "Pickup @ Toronto Warehouse" as your shipping method. For our industrial items, you must arrange your own pick up with us. These items are not carried by our FedEx or Canada Post carriers and as such, the customer must come to us to pick up the goods.

We now offer call to pick up. Simply call us at (416) 781-3555 once you are parked outside our store to let us know that you would like your items(s) brought out to you. One of our personnel from shipping will promptly bring your order out to your car.
